At Waves Level we practice trusting the movement of our bodies, Heartbeat Level we are working with the Intelligence of our Heart, our emotions, if we are curious enough to listen, they too communicate with us.

Using curiosity as a compass, leading us into this passionate realm of the heart. Curiosity will keep us moving forward, exploring, experimenting, opening new doors. With wonder, fascination, we shall dance & explore what lives within our heart space. Expressing what shows up, experiment with the new, & unknown, finding ways to expand the wisdom received in our dances, whilst empowering each other into deeper connections. 

Embodying Gabrielle Roths first map, flowing, staccato, chaos,lyrical & stillness, as we move into an exploration of our emotional landscape. Being open to the curiosity heart ~ how fear protects us, anger defends us, sadness releases us, joy uplifts us and how compassion unites us.
