Monthly conscious movement workshops with a circle of skilled, dedicated Vancouver Island 5Rhythms teachers: Chantell Foss, Shauna Devlin, Anne Marie Hogya and Joanne Winstanley. We're teaming up to offer extended explorations in the practice, welcoming you to dive deeper into your dance, your awareness, your transformations.
