We can use the 5Rhytms dance to become more familar with these energies and agile at meeting Life.In this series, we will explore Each of the 5Rhythms and their elemental complement. Dancing through different investigations to deepen our somatic relationship with these elemental energies as they live, breathe, and move us. Discovering pathways to more fully embody and express our aliveness and creativity, clarity and embodied naturalness.
