Come and be a part of EQUILIBRIUM, a half-day movement journey into balance, connection, and embodied presence.Through the 5Rhythms® movement practice, embodiment exercises, and a simple community ritual honouring the season, we will cultivate steadiness, awareness, resilience, and grace.
Together we will dance, reflect, and celebrate this turning point in the year, drawing wisdom from both the rhythms within us and the rhythms of the natural world.
No previous 5Rhythms® experience is required.
