FIVE is a sacred number signifying transformation. Through the 5Rhythms we embark on a journey of  embodiment, surrender and acceptance. Each rhythm is an invitation to explore and tune into a greater awareness of how our body moves and feels ultimately bringing us back to our real self.

Join us over this 3-day workshop, with Jjay Rajani, Jason Rowe, Katarzyna Kat Pugowska, Richard Wiltshire and Sue Rickards. Each Teacher will guide us through a rhythm offering their wisdom and unique experience. It’s a rare opportunity to learn from five accomplished teachers with different perspectives on the rhythms that can help deepen our embodiment of this practice.

The workshop begins the day after the Harvest full moon, a wonderful symbol for the dance giving us the permission to shed what no longer serves us and feeling renewed as we reap the fruits of our sweat and prayers as we approach the start of a new season.
