Force of Nature is a weekend of embodied discovery through the 5Rhythms® movement practice, where we move to remember. To remember our natural, untamed intelligence, to awaken the spark of life that we each carry, to ignite the power within—and to stand up for the disenfranchised, to rise for justice, and to face the forces that deny us our personal and collective birthright to live free, whole, and unbound.
Together we’ll dance, exploring and moving with raw honesty, brave embodiment, authenticity, and courage, as we step fully into our personal and unique force of nature so that we may know and embody what we stand for.
This workshop is for anyone longing to reconnect with their instinctual body, their fierce heart, and their natural rhythm.
