The invitation is to give ourselves enough time to spend down on the floor, offering our weight to the earth, letting our feet guide us into our dance.
Learning how to drop what we carry and let the ground hold us, nourish us, comfort us. Surrendering to the earth what holds us back, what holds us down, what keeps us separate. Resting in our inhale, rising on our exhale. It takes courage to feel that our being is enough. Coming back home to our own physical bodies more and more, we can start feeling more at home on this planet and extend loving attention and care from our own self love.
Rooted and centered we can soar, we can switch from me to we, from weight to weightless, from effort to effortless. We rise from the ground up, we dance from the feet up, we support and lift each other up, liberating our imagination, celebrating our maturity.
There will be a lot of dancing, some live music and singing, some tree planting, some soul collaging. Enough free time to go to the sauna and jump into the lake, make some new friends, whisper to some horses, and smell the spring waking us all up.

Prerequisites: minimum 15 Waves hours or 1 weekend workshop. This workshop counts towards future 5Rhythms® trainings as 2 days of Waves and 2 days of Heartbeat.
Prices: Full price is 370 Euro. Early booking price before 10th of February is 330 Euro. Working price is 200 Euro. 5Rhythms Teachers and Space Holders price is 280 Euro.
We begin at 17:30 on the first day and we end at 13h on the last day with the lunch or you get the lunch package to go.

The Friedrichshof hotel and dancing space is located in the midst of a beautiful 25ha area, 60 km south east of Vienna and 6 km from famous Lake Neusiedl. We will enjoy high level standard accommodation, delicious food, sauna and rich nature around. We will organize a shuttle from Vienna Airport and there are taxis from the closest train stations.
FULL BOARD ONLY
Due to logistical reasons we DO NOT offer a half board option. Please no requests, unfortunately we cannot make any exceptions. There are no shops or restaurants around – next town is in 7km distance.

The closest train stations are Zurndorf or Gattendorf. You need to order a taxi in advance! Taxis from station Zurndorf or Gattendorf are quite expensive! Ask us for the phone numbers.
