Ghost Dance - transforming shadows and touching mystery. Enjoying the embodiment and energy of Gabrielle Roth’s maps, we will explore the creative potential in each of the 5 Rhythms. Changing our point of view about what we reject in ourselves, we will embody and transform shadows such as inertia and rigidity. The Ghost Dance was a Native American ceremonial dance that was banned, and reclaimed by the Lakota. The dance connected to ancestors and prayers for the regeneration of the Earth. Our intentions include opening to mystery and welcoming the unseen.
