A 5Rhythms evening wave and day workshop exploring the first Rhythm of Flowing. There is a natural flow to life. When we are in it, magic happens, things seem effortless, what we are seeking appears, we feel open and connected with ourselves, life and others, and completely fulfilled in the moment. Any and every moment.
These precious moments of Flow can multiply and expand as we come to know ourselves as fluid energy in motion. Paradoxically, It is necessary to make an effort to achieve effortlessness! This is our "work", our practice on the dance floor, to tune in and listen to our breathing, moving body and seduce it into movement, smoothing out the edges, and taking the courage necessary to let go and Go WIth The Flow.
