Head tripThe dance of Chaos will be our route to freedom from the “small thinking mind’ into the infinite intelligence our intuition, the language of the soul.
When we over think everything to try to fix things we go into ungrounded chaos and confusion, we may even think our feelings instead of feeling them in our heart.we become Overloaded from too much information to download from everyday interactions that results in us feeling overwhelmed and ungrounded.
In this movement lab we will dance ourselves into the teachings of chaos to open our mind into the mystery, artistry and wisdom that awaits our discovery.
