This is an invitation to join us in a healing journey to undergo a process of remolding, realigning and change. Metamorphosis is a journey of transformation. It calls for us to grow into a new state of being, physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.  Metamorphosis is a process, which involves struggle, dissolving, reimagining, revising, and flying. It is not always easy, however, when you emerge, spread your wings and begin to fly, you will have a greater appreciation for who you are and what the Infinite has called you to become.

In this 7 day exclusive retreat we will use 5Rhythms® Movement, Conscious Breathwork, Body Alignment, Meditation, Qi Gong, ritual and time in nature to guide us in our own becoming. We are held by the elements on the grounds of Mandala Eco Villas, a beachfront resort where every aspect of design was made to honour nature. The movement studio is nestled within a tropical jungle. The food we eat is exquisite and grows all around the grounds. 

With its multiple volcanoes, extended coast line, black sandy beaches and open-hearted people, El Salvador has been declared by Lonely Planet “Central America's most underrated country”.
