During this week, we will use 5Rhythms to explore our individual movement qualities and possibilities - our physical presence.

In the daily movement meditations we accept everything that may arise, move with it, through it and beyond it. We practise free movement with and without music in order to arrive completely at ourselves, to harmonise body, soul and spirit and thus to grow together internally.  Come to harmony!
 
We will experience and explore the 5Rhythms, connect fully with the body and the earth in Flowing, find clarity, passion and protection in Staccato, let go in Chaos and learn to savour ecstasy, discover the playful lightness and our very own individual language of movement in Lyrical to finally arrive at the innermost core in Silence and rest in the vastness.

This week is the essence of what we call Soulrhythms - our beloved moving practice that makes us vibrate and includes everything we are in an infinitely large space!

We start on December 28th  with an evening session and end on January 4th with a morning session.

On the six days in between there will be two dance sessions of two hours each day and, depending on your mood, morning sessions with Yin Yoga, movement meditations, gentle bodywork and Mentastics according to Milton Trager.

 General Terms and Conditions
Free cancellation and rebooking up to one week after registration.
Otherwise, the following applies: Processing fee for courses up to 2 months before the start in case of cancellation € 100.- & for rebooking € 50.-
Processing fee for single module up to 2 months before the start in case of cancellation € 40.- & for rebooking €30.-
In case of cancellation from the 60th to the 21st day before the start: 50% of the course fee will be refunded or is due.
From 20 days before the start: No refund or full payment obligation if the contribution has not yet been paid.
A substitute participant can be named and the place passed on for a processing fee of € 50.
Non-attendance, for whatever reason, does not exempt from the payment obligation.
The processing or cancellation fees apply regardless of whether the participation fee has been paid at the time of cancellation or not.
A refund for unconsumed tuition units is not possible. Cancellation costs for already booked rooms and accommodations depend on the cancellation conditions of the respective event houses and must be clarified independently with them. We are not liable for fees incurred due to non-attendance.
In the event of very low participation, we reserve the right to cancel events or hold them in a shortened form. This also applies if regulations or travel restrictions make arrival or implementation impossible or unreasonable. Fees already paid will be fully refunded in the event of cancellation, or proportionally refunded in the event of shortening.
If regulations or travel restrictions make it impossible for arrival or implementation, an alternative date will be provided. If you cannot attend this alternative date, there is the possibility of free cancellation up to one week before the start of the original date.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
