In this workshop we are creating space that allows for and combines the rhythm of Stillness and the emotion of Compassion.Stillness is where we aim to when we dance a wave. Stillness is breath made visible. A state we land in and come home to. Body, heart, mind and soul are aligned and open to receive Spirit.
