Our body is a container of all that life has brought us; it preserves all the moments we got stuck and all the things that moved us - and all in us that still waits to move. When we bring our body into motion we open up for the possibility to heal ourselves; our moving body offers us tools and teaches us skills that are of valuable support in our daily lives, providing space for us to grow and become loving compassionate human beings.
During this day 5 Rhythms® dance meditation will be our heartful resource, our tower of strength; we will dance our flow, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness®,we will wake up ourselves and get present, we will dance surrender and creativity, we will breathe space and gratitude, we’ll integrate what we learn; we will move until we will be moved from head to toe; our moving body curiously exploring, playfully inquisitive. Moving through the 5Rhythms® over and over again teaches us how to fully live our lives as authentic, passionate, inspired and loving human beings. Our body, our dance,our life.
