OPIS

A blade of grass, an ember, a drop of water, a sudden gust of wind, a single breath, unique examples of the whole. A field of green, a roaring fire, an ocean, the sky, breath in unison, uniqueness in unity.

One in All is a moving investigation of being a tribal individual, in balance, in rhythm, instinctively and intuitively with the tribal body. Where do we shine and where do we hide in our relationship to being part of the group field? Where do we lead and where do we leave? How do we follow and how do we falter? When do we click in and when do we tap out?

Led by and following the 5Rhythms Waves map we will join together to explore and embody the power, strength, and possibilities of being a tribal individual. We will collectively create the opportunity to drop in, move through, release, relight, and reshape old patterns, discover new connections, and surrender to the tribal rhythms in the soles of our feet, the beat of our hearts, and the community of our shared breath.

Come one, come all into the one in all, joining together to dance into an embodied understanding of being one in all, in love with oneness.
