Even though we dance for joy and well-being, trouble in hips, knees, back, neck, feet, shoulders is all too common. Pushing through pain is self-defeating. Come cultivate a deep belly instinct to guide you toward effective & nurturing self-care for your unique body. Balls & rollers, stability & length expertly woven into a dancing practice can create healing in joints, fascia and muscle.Our destination? Sparked curiosity and renewed commitment to instinctual self-love and a revived sense of your unique physicality. Ultimately? The shamanic gift of authentic insight…the landscape we travel to when patience and fortitude are brought to bear upon our physical practice. Come take this embodied journey to the soul.
