5Rhythms is meditation in movement, and every Rhythm carries its own quality. In Lyrical, we can go deeper than joy—we honor where we stand and acknowledge who we've become. This is celebration, rooted in dignity rather than vanity.In this workshop, we explore what truly matters to us and deepen our relationship with ourselves. We dance extensively through the Wave, supported by brief exercises, rooted in the essential 5Rhythms practice. Through Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical, and Stillness, we move beyond phony happiness into embodied gratitude.
Together, we release unnecessary burdens, and reclaim the freedom that comes from standing in our worth. We celebrate what we've achieved and embrace life as it is—not as we think it should be.

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
