OPIS

This workshop is guided in English with translation into Bulgarian. 

Good pride represents our dignity and self-respect. In this workshop we investigate what is most important for us in life and how we increase our self-respect. We make time to share parts of our history and use the liberating power of the 5Rhythms Wave to let go of ballast we don’t need. We will dance deep and celebrate life and be grateful for what we have in this moment.

Our heartbeat, body and breath.

5Rhythms is flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness®. 5 ways of moving representing 5 ways of being. With feets, hips, head, hands and breath. We practice to move it all and release the dancer in us. The outcome might be very liberating and alive in the moment. This workshop is open for everybody. No experience in 5Rhythms is needed.
