5Rhythms® dance is a journey of authentic movement. With no steps or

technique to learn, it is open to all. This is a workout for body, heart and mind.

We learn to listen to the body, and lead from that place, in a welcoming, nonjudgmental

community. This practice can bring deep transformational healing

and joy. Everyone welcome, no previous experience necessary.
