No countdowns. No alcohol. No pressure to stay awake until midnight.
This is your landing place after the Christmas frenzy. A place to put Christmas down, shed whatever you're carrying into the new year, and go to bed at a reasonable hour.
We open with an hour of 5Rhythms dance to shake off and discharge whatever's been building since December began. Then a tea ceremony, held by JJ. A pause to honour the year as it was. Even if it held more darkness than light, the fact that you're here is the success.
Then yin yoga. Long, held stillness. Nowhere to be, nothing to perform.
We close with a circle, and you're done by nine.
