5Rhythms® dance and Somatic Experiencing® trauma healing are complementary methods for increasing your well-being. Resilience is a workshop in which both methods are beautifully woven into a healing dance journey. There is lots of dance, beautiful subtle exercises and a little theory about how our nervous system works. In this weekend we use the 5Rhythms practice as our container for movement. We include elements from Somatic Experiencing® and focus on resilience and self-regulation. We will be personal, and include some of our obstructive life stories that are ready for change and healing.

This is an elective workshop in the 5Rhythms curriculum and counts as preparation for the professional teacher training. This workshop is open to anyone who wants to learn more about self-regulation and loves to dance in a liberating way. You do not need any experience to participate.
