No previous movement, dance or clowning experience required.

During this one day workshop, Emma and Ali will lead you on a journey that weaves the poetic worlds of 5Rhythms Dance and Clown Improvisation. This course is for beginners and more experienced alike. No previous experience is required.

This workshop is all about connection and spontaneity, poetry and fun. Expect 5Rhythms movement explorations, games, exercises and short improvisations to discover the worlds of the clown and the Wave and where they might meet.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
