Rise & Shine is a workshop inviting you to awaken your life energy through dance, movement, and embodied presence.

In spring, life energy naturally begins to rise in the body.

It is a time when we long for more movement, space, and flow. Spring is also a period of cleansing and preparation for the more intense, vibrant energy of summer.

During this workshop, through dance and working with the 5Rhythms® map, we will consciously awaken and direct the energy that is emerging within us - allowing it to strengthen and find real expression in everyday life.

Alongside dancing, we will also take care of the body in a very practical way -through supportive, healthy nourishment. For this time, a special diet will be prepared to support the process, help restore lightness, and strengthen the body’s natural vitality.
