Monthly mini workshops, offering an opportunity to dive into each of the 5 Rhythms.

Each Rhythm is a teacher. When we spend time moving, exploring and investigating ourselves in these Rhythms we have an opportunity to understand all the different rhythms that live within us. The dance floor provides space to play with all that we are in any given moment.

The 5Rhythms practice is a form of conscious dance, created by Gabrielle Roth in the 1970s. People all over the world come together dance and move through these very organic and natural rhythms.

Open to all, no experience is necessary.
