Back by request: this Men's 5Rhythms workshop offers a different setting from the weekly 5Rhythms mixed classes, and an opportunity to explore your dance in a new context. Do you experience freedom or censorship, opportunities or boredom, mind-games or your full height when you dance with women/other men?
I don't claim to be an expert on men, or men's work - but I do specialise in dance and embodiment practices, and have been run over 25 5Rhythms Moving Medicine Workshops for women. This Men's 5Rhythms workshop will draw on somatic practices, and Authentic Movement as a way of realising our full expression in the 5Rhythms map.
