We are now in our 5th year of offering Sacred Pause Women’s Retreats, providing a supportive, creative space for women to drop deeply into themselves; inviting healing and transformation for what is being called to attend to.Nourishing in the divine feminine, deep diving into the 5Rhythms practice, self-enquiry, yoga nidra meditations, breathwork, aromatic alchemy, shamanic journeying, dance & fire ceremonies, ritual, shared meals, and more.

*The cost is for the retreat only + supper on arrival, breakfasts & beverages. Shared meals at your expense. Accommodation is camping on the land or communal stay in the barn £8/night, or stay in a local airbnb or bnb - please say if you would like to house share locally with others.

Nestled in a beautiful tranquil spot betwixt undulating meadows & expansive open moorland. The venue has a spacious wooden dance-floor, well equipped kitchen, toilets & showers, & camping on the land.
