In this workshop we will come together with Reset Meditation and 5Rhythms dance to purge our systems from less than loving experiences that color our relationship to ourselves and vicariously others. Reset Meditation is a gentle and effective consciousness tool that creates fast upshifts in our well being. 5Rhythms is a movement meditation and dance practice that deepens presence and integration of the Now moment.

We begin at 9:30am and finish at 12:30pm PST

BILJEŠKE

Make sure to clear your space of distraction before we begin. You will need comfortable clothes to move in, a journal and pen, pillow and blanket and water.
