One of the few sure things in our lives is change. Loss is part of it. It is impossible to avoid it. It is possible, however, to live with it and dance with it. Chaos is the rhythm that helps us do this. When the dance brings us true surrender, there is freedom to cry for everything that has not succeeded in our lives and for all that we must involuntarily say goodbye to.Moving in chaos is healthy and liberating and brings us reverence for the life that begins and ends. That gives and takes. This dance makes us vulnerable, powerful and trustful.
5Rhythms is the best meditation for anyone who wants to move and enjoys good music. It is my greatest love and all the experience in 23 years of 5Rhythms dance and 15 years of teaching I share with you. Welcome!

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
