Change is a constant in our lives, and with it comes to loss a universal experience that weighs on our hearts. In this 5Rhythms workshop, we invite you to explore the rhythm of chaos, a space where we can meet our sadness and release the burdens we carry.Through movement, we will honor the grief of unfulfilled dreams and the farewells we never wanted to make. This journey embraces vulnerability and strength in our shared humanity. As we dance, we create a refuge for our emotions, allowing tears to flow.
Join us in this exploration of life’s cycles, where we acknowledge what has been lost and celebrate the resilience that arises from our struggles. Together, we will find freedom in the dance of release.

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
