OPIS

We dance morning and evening and you will get the opportunity to indulge yourself in 5 days (4 nights) of 5 Rhythms, with the opening of the body, heart and mind that is possible in these settings.

We will invite Pleasure, Peace & Possibilities and dance with everything that shows up and wants to be moved.

The 5Rhythms® will form the framework for 5 days/ 4 nights, where we will move through the waves of dancing energy and release the life force, so that we can become free, conscious people who thrive in life.

No previous experience is required to participate.

Kursuscenter Marielund is a beautiful small center in Søhøjlandet, with space for about 20 people.

The place is characterized by good materials, a Zen atmosphere, high ceilings, cleanliness, underfloor heating and a beautiful bright dance hall with a wooden floor.

Between sessions there is time to move in the beautiful countryside, which we are surrounded by.

Here you will find some of Denmark’s cleanest bathing lakes, deep forests and highest hills.

Or you can rest, reflect and enjoy a cup of tea on the terrace or the large natural plot that Marielund is surrounded by.

Included in the price:

4 nights in double rooms with shared toilet/bathroom.

Bring your own towels & bed linen (can be purchased additionally for DKK 100/ Euro 15)

*If the retreat is not fully booked, there is the option of a single room for a supplement of DKK 1000// 150 Euros.

Rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Option to camp in the area or participate without accommodation. More info to follow.

How to get there:

As there is no public transport to the retreat center Marielund, I am happy to arrange carpooling.

Please write to kontakt@lailanissen.dk if you have room in the car, or need a lift, and where you are coming from.

Community services:

In order to create good cohesion and keep the price down, all participants are given a daily task of preparing the food (according to instructions) and to clean up after a meal.

Euro 630//DKK 4595 if paid no later than Saturday 1 June 2024

After the 1st of June Euro 712// DKK 5195.
