"Move, until you are moved." Gabrielle Roth

This workshop is a unique and wonderful opportunity to practice both, the power moving and the art of resting. Whether in the dance hall or on the beach, in the shade, on the waves, or having an ice-cream or drinking local red vine, we will be discovering the beauty, wisdom, gifts, and challenges in our moving and in our resting, while searching for that essential balance.

We will be dancing for 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening, which leaves plenty of precious time for enjoying other benefits of being on the island and on summer holidays, being with oneself, with others, with nature. Everyday we will dive in one of the 5Rhythms, in its "power" and "inner" Wave.

BILJEŠKE

No previous 5 Rhythms experience is needed but is very welcomed and recommended.
Prices: Full price is 290 Euro. Early booking price until 10th of July with non-refundable deposit of 70 Euro, is 250 Euro. Working price is 150 Euro. Group excursion is included in this price.

Childcare: we can organize a childcare for kids from 3 years old during our dance sessions, on the base of shared costs depending on how many children would we have. Please let us know as soon as possible if you want to come with your child/children.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
