We will gather together for a celebration of Bealtaine, at the beginning of May, in the lovely Kilbarron Hall, Co. Tipperary, connecting with our fire, strength, passion within, through the dance.The 5Rhythms practice is a wonderful way to come together in community with other people, to express your unique self in movement and to show up for your body, mind, heart and soul.
A good tonic for the self, for your soul, for your body, your mind, your heart.
5Rhythms movement is from 11am to 12.30pm.

Followed by an optional 30 minutes of delicious Sauna with Manini from Lakeside Sauna, just down the road, exactly 5km, at Skehanagh, Lough Derg.
Sauna Group A - 1pm to 1.30pm - 7 people
Sauna Group B - 1.30pm to 2pm - 7 people
With sauna €35
(You choose which sauna time you'd prefer, when you click into the ticket booking)
Swim in the lake in between if you're hardy, Sauna runs from 1pm to 2pm. Block booked out for our group (this is optional)
The 5Rhythms is a creative, free yet disciplined practice, that will take you out of your head and into your body.
Healing, connecting, awakening, increasing your self-awareness. Your body if it is given the opportunity and space, will know what it needs and how it wants to dance.
