This support program is a ritual of its own – it will give us time, through the body, mindful movement, 5Rhythms dance, meditation, creative play, rituals, voice, sharing, connection, support, attention and presence, to express, accept, transform and redirect the challenges that (peri/post)menopause brings to each of us. Keeping the body moving and flowing is key during these changes, because the body is what carries all energetic and spiritual changes down to the earthly level.When we step away from social conditioning and the myth of "fatal menopause," we allow ourselves to slow down and realize that life is not ending, nor is it shrinking – it is simply changing its nature, becoming more refined and deeper, while we contribute to the world in other, more creative ways. It seems that the best truly comes with maturity.
