A 5Rhythms® Movement Workshop with Julie Plotkin

In this Waves level workshop, we will be working within the map of the 5Rhythms:

Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness. This map creates a gateway into our

inner world, where we will begin to explore questions such as: What ignites our

passion? What fuels our fre and our desire? What dampens our spirit or puts out our

fames? By listening deeply to our bodies, we will begin to investigate how we express

ourselves and our yearnings, and how these themes present in our day-to-day lives.

Julie is adept at creating a loving, safe container for supporting these deep inquiries,

while at the same time gently pushing people to explore the outer reaches of their

growth potential.
