Following Gabrielle Roth’s elegant 5 Rhythms maps, we will inhabit the moment, reclaim lost energy from the past and call back our attention that drifts into the future. When we use imagination and creativity in our movement practice, we keep things true, alive, ever-changing and heart connected.

Healing from our own life; sending love to our former selves, connecting with the energy and perspective from younger days, seeking wholeness

Ancestors; Dedicating our dances to our ancestors and expanding our connection with all of life, travelling through time all the way back to when we were stardust!
