The heart is not a tidy or orderly place.It is a wild territory of desire and love, grief and joy, tenderness and rage.
A landscape of hidden valleys, thorny paths, secret gardens, and unexpected beauty.
In this Heartbeat workshop, we will step into this untamed terrain of the emotional body through the moving meditation practice of 5Rhythms®.
Together, we will explore the places we often avoid: the shadowed corners of the heart, fierce emotions, vulnerable spaces, and instincts that refuse to be tamed.
Through movement, we discover that what seems wild is not something to fear. Beneath the tangled undergrowth lies deep vitality, living wisdom, fertile creativity, and a greater capacity to love.Through guided movement explorations, individual practice, partner encounters, and collective dance, we will listen to the language of the heart beyond words. We will follow its rhythms, honor its contradictions, and allow its raw, authentic expression to emerge.
This workshop is an invitation to meet yourself fully - not the polished, well-managed version of who you think you should be, but the living, breathing, beautifully imperfect human being beneath.
