When we keep our body in the limited shapes of our daily life, we are cut off from our unique path towards wholeness. This weekend workshop is about embodiment, overcoming the restrictive aspects of ourselves and retrieving the wisdom that resides within our body and spirit. As we dance longer and deeper, we access a place of pure presence…a place of divine mystery.
