Let Your Body Move. Let Your Voice Flow.

What is your body longing to express? What happens when you give your voice the freedom to emerge, beyond words and thoughts? And what becomes possible when your body and voice open up as pathways to your inner world — speaking a language all their own, the language of your soul?

Breath is life. With every deeper breath, you invite more life into your body. As you move, you soften, open up, and discover new freedom in the way you inhabit yourself. Your body becomes more spacious, your inner resonance grows, and your voice finds its natural grounding, fullness, and flow.

In this workshop, you’re invited to explore the beautiful connection between movement, breath, and voice through the 5Rhythms®. Come as you are, and give yourself permission to play, experiment, make sounds, and let your voice emerge from the movement. Discover new ways of expressing yourself, expand your movement vocabulary, and experience what it feels like to let your body and voice move together, freely and authentically.
There’s nothing you need to know or get right. Just bring your curiosity, a little courage, and a willingness to open yourself to the experience.
