Cambsdance is a community of people who love to dance embodied conscious movement practices with a collective of 5Rhythms teachers & other modalities. The class is 5Rhythms Waves level. All welcome aged over 16 years.

NOTAS

Please bring a water bottle, wear layers as you dance you may get hot & sweaty & a sense of humour helps too.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
PRERREQUISITOS: No prerequisites required.
