Emerging Waves is a class offered by a Teacher in Training, incorporating simple guidance.
I would love to dance together while sharing what I am learning and experiencing, and to explore the wisdom of the body together.

Emerging Waves is held twice a month at Crosspal Takatsuki.

Fee: 2,500 yen (cash only, payable at the door)
Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement and bring water.
