When I first came to 5Rhythms in 2016, I was feeling very lost in my life. As I danced my way through the class, my inner critic was so noisy the whole time, telling me I would never return. But a few days later, I realized I didn’t feel quite so lost anymore. And so I came back. Again and again and again.
Over the years, through hundreds of hours on the dance floor, I discovered the gift of sustained practice: moving the body allows the chatter of the mind to quiet, making space for a truer, more authentic expression of yourself to emerge.
Now, a decade later, it is my honor to fully step into the teacher training path.
Please join me for my first two 5R classes, both on our beloved home floor at Summit Presbyterian, 6757 Greene St.
Tuesday, April 21, 7–9 pm
Saturday, May 9, 3–5 pm
I would love for you to join me in this exciting phase of my dedication to this beautiful, transformative practice. Let’s stumble, dance, and grow stronger together.
