Emerging Waves is a space held by a 5Rhythms Teacher in Training where you are invited to move through the 5Rhythms with simple guidance, giving space for your personal expression. Music becomes the teacher alongside the Teacher in Training, supporting your movement practice through the Waves map of Flowing, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness. Rooted in the teachings of Gabrielle Roth, 5Rhythms is practiced by tens of thousands of people around the world. It is a movement meditation, a creative path, and a philosophy grounded in the belief that when we move, we heal.We welcome every body, every culture, every age, and every level of experience.
