An invitation to let go of your disembodied head and drop into the wisdom and wonder of your body in motion.
Come join our new group you will be really welcome.
NOTAS
Doors open at 10.45am and you are encouraged to arrive then so that you can get yourself settled in the space. Class then begins at 11am and will finish at 1pm. Time afterward to chat and connect if you wish.

A Gabrielle Roth 5Rhythms Waves workshop is the foundation of the entire body of 5Rhythms work in which we expand our class work with a deepened physical expression and knowledge of the essential 5Rhythms and their polarities.
