the dancer comes in with a question, a problem, a quest and through the dance he or she will guided into the realm of answers, solutions or steps to be taken.

these session require a preparation and are only available after an intake

each session will count as an heartbeat hour towards the teacher training

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
