A line from a Rumi poem I love... Call it grace, whatever, something wakes us.....I discovered the 5Rhythms path after seeing a flyer posted on a community bulletin board about 20 years ago. I had been on a personal healing journey via support groups and therapy but felt stuck, all talked out. This was my moment of grace! The 5Rhythms practice allowed space for my body to speak and for me to listen. I feel deep love and gratitude for this practice. It is my path of integration and connection with the WHOLE that is present in each and every one of us. In my professional life as a nurse I work from a holistic, integrative perspective. The word Heal is linguistically linked to the word Whole, which is linked to the word Holy. In working with individuals struggling with chronic disease and life transitions I have learned that healing truly means a return to what is whole, holy and sacred. I am passionate about teaching inner resource skills that make possible a deep connection to one's innate WHOLENESS and natural inner healing abilities.
