Something deeply resonated for me when I stepped out on the dance floor over 15 years ago. Today, I continue to dance my joy, my pain, my angst, my surrender, and whatever else my soul wants to express. Where else can I go to feel such permission and freedom to be exactly the person who I am and allow whatever is moving through me to lead me towards full self expression?? I am totally and utterly in love with this practice and it is my joy to now teach and lead others on this journey towards wholeness. The music, amazing community, and depth of the practice keeps me coming back. And it is so much fun...
