I fell in love with 5Rhythms® among the tall grass prairies of Kansas. Dancing under the open skies throughout the seasons, and later in studios, I found home within myself again. Through the healing beats and the map of the practice, I began to release the masks of who I "should" be, attune to the voice within, and claim the courage to express it.

The tapestry of the rhythms invites me to expansiveness like nothing I have known before. I connect more fully to my creativity, power, playfulness, and innate sense of belonging in the larger web of life.

I come back time and again to the practice to tap into my pure aliveness
and to remember I am whole, I am free.

I am passionate about facilitating a space that welcomes all back into the body, 
to BE, 
to BECOME,
and to remember we BELONG, to ourselves and in community. 

On the dance floor, we will explore the wilderness that each of us is, awaken who we are beneath the expectations and stories, and invite that essence to shine. Together.
