For over 18 years, the 5Rhythms practice has given me a sacred space - alone and with community - to bring myself, no matter what is going on for me in my life, or what I feel - whether overwhelmed, shattered, aligned, or joyful.

The 5R practice has helped me meet myself with love - to bring embodied presence, awareness and clear, loving action into my life. 

I am dedicated to bring my love of the Dance and to offer this practice as sacred space for us to meet ourselves together and dance.
