Teacher in Training, mentored by Hannah Loewenthal and Richard Wiltshire.
I live between Norway and Poland, rooted in Oslo.
For a long time, I was searching for something I couldn't quite name - a sense of connection, of feeling at home in my own body.
Then, in 2015, something shifted. It felt like opening a hidden treasure chest and finding the maps of the 5Rhythms. What started as curiosity became a practice I could stand on. It supports me in moments of change, in relationships, in stillness, and in finding courage when I need it most. Dance became my first language - a way to listen, to feel, and to come back to myself. It is how I stay connected to what is real. Stepping onto the teaching path is my way of answering a quiet but persistent call that has been growing in me for years. I walk this path with humility, curiosity, and trust in what truly works.
In my teaching, I am committed to creating a space that is respectful, inclusive, and alive - a space where you don't have to perform, fix, or become someone else, where you can arrive exactly as you are.
I care about honesty in the body, about presence over perfection, and about making room for all experiences - the quiet ones, the messy ones, and the powerful ones. I want you to feel safe enough to explore, free enough to move, and supported enough to trust your own rhythm.
Because your body already knows the way.
