Essentail Sadness ~ The Gifts of Greif ~

HeartBeat Level. Embodying the emotional intelligence of the heart.

Sadness releases us. The instinct is to release what we love.

Moves us into trust (instead of why is this happening to me - This is happening to me - it is my teaching) & becomes surrender.

Grounding our Sadness with our breath, trusting our feet, whilst using the 5Rhythms first map, flowing, staccato, chaos, lyrical & stillness.

My approach to this workshop is to be gentle, kind, non judgemental, allowing YOU to work with what comes up naturally, moving at a pace that suits you.

What wants to be seen, heard, released, witnessed? It's here that we receive the medicine of this practice.

In Heartbeat we explore our emotions as energy, as power, as part of being human. Old feelings that have been locked in our limbs or caged in our chest begin to shake loose. We get comfortable with feelings, neither hanging onto them nor pushing them away.
